KROW House Rules and Space Use Policy

Treat other members and staff with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, violence, or behavior that disrupts community life is prohibited.

Access is limited to registered members. Visits must be announced in advance, and visitors must stay in authorized areas. KROW may request identification for access control.

Keep shared areas and your workspace clean. Do not leave personal belongings in shared areas or use belongings to reserve seats. Food left in the communal refrigerator may be removed during cleaning.

The Space is pet friendly, but pets must remain under control at all times. Owners are responsible for any damage, disturbance, or cleaning required because of their pets.

Use only the space included in your contract. Meeting rooms and special spaces must be reserved in advance, subject to availability.

Keep noise at an appropriate level. Long calls and conversations that interfere with the work environment must take place in designated areas.

Events, recordings, or group meals require approval from the KROW team at least 48 hours in advance.

Notify the team before bringing in or removing furniture. Alterations or installations require express approval and must take place during permitted hours.

Minors may enter only as temporary visitors, accompanied and directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Use energy, water, and other resources responsibly. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facilities.

Use facilities and equipment properly. Report damage immediately. Repair charges may apply.

Packages received will remain at reception for a limited time. KROW is not responsible for loss or damage after that period.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary service suspension, or early termination of the contract, depending on severity.

KROW may modify these rules at any time. Changes take effect upon publication or official notification.
