Terms and Conditions

1.1. By entering and using KROW’s facilities in Querétaro, users agree to the terms and conditions stated here and any internal KROW rules. All people inside KROW are deemed aware of the rules currently in effect, which may change without notice. The complete, current rules are available for review at www.krow.com.mx/reglamento.

1.2. Members are expected to review the rules on that website regularly to stay informed of changes.

2.1. By entering KROW, members grant KROW and its associates irrevocable authorization to use their image, photographs, and visual material related to their presence at KROW for commercial, promotional, sales, marketing, and social media purposes. This authorization is granted without charge or prior notice.

2.2. KROW is acknowledged as the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the images described in section 2.1.

3.1. KROW values and respects its members’ privacy. Please review the Privacy Notice at www.krow.com.mx/privacidad for details on how personal data is collected, stored, and used.

5.1. Cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the individual membership agreement. Please review these policies carefully before finalizing your membership.

5.2. If cancellation is necessary, follow the procedure in the agreement and notify the KROW team as early as possible.

6.1. By using KROW services, members agree that KROW is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from use of its services, facilities, or activities within the premises.

6.2. KROW is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left on the premises.

6.3. Disclaimer of liability for other users’ actions. KROW assumes no responsibility for other users’ actions or behavior. Each person is responsible for their own conduct. KROW is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or other situations between users. Issues must be handled directly by the parties involved, and KROW is not liable for events resulting from interactions between users.

7.1. KROW may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the update date. Members are responsible for staying informed; KROW is not required to notify each member individually of every change.

7.2. Members should regularly review the terms and conditions on KROW’s website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new provisions.

8.1. By entering and using KROW’s facilities, members and visitors grant KROW the non-exclusive right to take photographs and record videos during their stay. Images may be used for commercial, promotional, and sales purposes without prior notice or additional consent from individuals shown.

8.2. KROW agrees to use images respectfully and consistently with members’ and visitors’ privacy. By accepting these terms, users understand photographs and recordings may appear in promotional materials, social media posts, marketing campaigns, and other media promoting KROW and its services.

8.3. Any specific objection to an image’s inclusion in promotional material must be communicated to KROW in writing within seven (7) days of publication. KROW will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve objections whenever possible.

By entering KROW, members acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Contact the KROW team with questions or concerns before finalizing membership.

These terms and conditions are a binding agreement between KROW and its members and guests.

KROW’s facilities have a security camera system recording activities within the premises for security purposes. Users consent to reciprocal access to these images in the event of discrepancies between users or a request from an authority.
